Research
We surveyed 52 users and interviewed 5 professionals across different creative and technical domains.
Key findings:
80% spent excessive time searching for files
50% misplaced content across platforms
63% reported digital anxiety
90% wanted seamless cross-device syncing
60% preferred emotionally engaging tools
We also conducted competitor benchmarking — studying platforms like Notion, Evernote, Apple Files, and Google Drive — and identified missing emotional connection, centralized access, and context-awareness in existing tools.

Strategy
We followed the full Design Thinking cycle:
Empathize → Understand user struggles through surveys & interviews
Define → Identify core problems in digital disorganization
Ideate → Sketch and brainstorm possible intelligent storage flows
Prototype → Build responsive Figma prototypes for desktop + mobile
Test → Conduct usability testing on Maze and collect detailed feedback
